A place for owners from NYC and Long Island to meet and talk about your Prius Hybrid Organization Purpose The purpose of this group is to increase the popularity and understanding of our common interest - the Toyota Prius. We hope to add new members so we will be able to grow and expand. We also want to have fun while when we are together. By developing relationships and friendships, the group will become even stronger. If you own a Prius, are interested in getting more information on the Prius, or are interested in hybrid vehicles, we encourage you to attend one of our meetings. Our Mission We would like to be able to schedule "Mod Workshops" at which we can perform modifications on several members vehicles at the same time. This is one example of how an individual's expertise can be shared to the benefit of all members. We are also working on having various experts in the field attend our meetings and give a talk on specific topics relating to hybrids and the Prius in particular. We occasionally plan "road trips" to nearby locations. These are family events where we can socialize and have a fun afternoon. Who Can Join? We invite anybody interested in the issues and topics we focus our efforts on to join. Members must be able to dedicate enough time to participate and make a difference in the organization. We share and
gain information by registering at PriusChat. We invite all
Prius owners on Long Island and the NY metro area to attend one of our events on the
2nd Sunday of each month to meet, discuss our cars, and have a

Benefits of Joining
Our dues are minimal and are totally voluntary. We are basically just a group of Prius
owners who enjoy our cars and like to share our experiences.
Come to one of our meetings and meet some nice people who share
